The team is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join their tight knit team and support their lateral recruitment efforts, working across both front office and corporate functions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Reporting to the Head of Lateral Recruiting you will:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Manage interview scheduling for both virtual and in-person interviews.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Be the point of contact for candidates visiting for interviews.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Facilitate the interview process from start to finish liaising with internal stakeholders for both virtual and in-person interviews.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Organize logistics for interview days. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Manage the ATS to make sure data is up to date.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Key requirements:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">0-2 years&#8217; experience with recruitment administration\/coordination, ideally with campus. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Experience working within a fast-paced environment with high-volume recruiting.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Bachelor&#8217;s degree preferred.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">If you&#8217;re a driven, outgoing, and self-motivated individual who loves working in a dynamic team with a high standard of excellence, then this is the role for you!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">If this opportunity aligns with your experience, please apply, referencing ID#\/JN -072026-294303.
