As the sole HR representative in Houston, you&#8217;ll support employees and leaders across the full employee lifecycle while contributing to regional and global people initiatives.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">As the HR Generalist, you will be responsible for:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Serving as the primary HR contact for the Houston office<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Supporting employee relations, performance management, recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Managing payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR compliance<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Advising managers and employees on people-related matters and HR best practices<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Driving HR reporting, analytics, and process improvements<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Supporting compensation, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Managing immigration and employee mobility processes in partnership with external counsel<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Collaborating with global HR colleagues on systems, policies, and strategic projects<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working autonomously, building strong relationships across the business, and balancing day-to-day HR operations with broader strategic initiatives.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 12px\">Key Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">3+ years of broad HR Generalist experience<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Experience supporting the full employee lifecycle, including employee relations, recruiting, payroll, benefits, and performance management<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and HR compliance<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Ability to operate confidently in a standalone HR role<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Strong attention to detail and organizational skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Experience with HRIS and ATS platforms; exposure to payroll systems preferred<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Financial services, commodities, professional services, or other fast-paced corporate experience is highly desirable<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">If this opportunity aligns with your experience, please apply, referencing ID#\/<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">JN -072026-293908.
