This role will play a key part in building leadership capability, strengthening talent pipelines, supporting new site openings and ensuring every leadership hire reflects the organisation&#8217;s culture, values and long-term ambitions. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<h2>About the Role<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">As Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you&#8217;ll be the go-to expert for leadership recruitment across the business. Working closely with senior stakeholders, operational leaders and people teams, you&#8217;ll lead end-to-end recruitment for leadership positions while shaping talent strategies that support both current needs and future growth. You&#8217;ll combine hands-on delivery with strategic workforce planning, market intelligence and talent pipelining, helping the business attract exceptional leadership talent and make confident, evidence-based hiring decisions. You&#8217;ll also coach and support colleagues within Talent Acquisition, driving best practice and continuously improving the leadership hiring experience. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Lead end-to-end recruitment for operational leadership roles across multiple locations.  <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Partner with senior stakeholders to understand current and future leadership hiring needs. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Facilitate vacancy briefings and define assessment and selection criteria for leadership positions. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Act as the subject matter expert for leadership assessment and selection methodologies.  <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Provide expert guidance and challenge to hiring managers to support high-quality hiring decisions. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Support and coach recruitment colleagues, sharing best practice and developing team capability. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Lead recruitment planning and delivery for new site openings and other growth projects. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines across key leadership populations.  <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Use market insights and talent intelligence to inform recruitment strategies and workforce planning. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Partner with People teams to align external talent attraction with succession and workforce plans. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Identify talent gaps, hiring risks and future capability requirements, implementing solutions to address them. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Drive continuous improvement across leadership hiring processes, candidate experience and assessment practices. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<h2>About You<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">We&#8217;re looking for an experienced talent acquisition professional with a strong track record of recruiting leadership talent in complex, fast-paced environments. You&#8217;re someone who enjoy&#8217;s building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and are confident influencing and challenging when needed. Commercially minded and highly proactive, you combine strong assessment expertise with a passion for finding exceptional talent and building long-term talent pipelines.
