This role will serve as a trusted advisor to senior technology executives, shaping people strategy, driving organisational effectiveness, and enabling business growth through world-class talent practices.<\/p>\n<p>This is a highly strategic and visible position, offering the opportunity to influence a critical technology organisation undergoing significant transformation and innovation.<\/p>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with senior technology leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Act as a trusted advisor on organisation design, workforce planning, leadership effectiveness, succession planning, and talent management.<\/li>\n<li>Lead complex change and transformation initiatives, supporting evolving business and technology priorities.<\/li>\n<li>Drive employee engagement, culture, and inclusion strategies across the technology population.<\/li>\n<li>Provide expert guidance on performance management, talent development, and retention initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Leverage people analytics and workforce insights to support informed business decisions.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with Centres of Excellence across Talent Acquisition, Reward, Learning &amp;
