Partnering closely with senior commercial leaders, you will play a key role in shaping the future organisation and building the people capabilities required to support continued growth. You will report directly to the Sr. HR Director EMEA, also based in Utrecht.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to the business, driving initiatives across organisational design, talent management, succession planning, leadership development and change management.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Key responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Partner with senior Sales &amp; Marketing leaders across EMEA<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Drive organisational design and operating model initiatives<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Lead talent management and succession planning processes<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Support leadership and capability development<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Advise on organisational growth and workforce planning<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Lead complex change and transformation programmes<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Build scalable people processes to support a rapidly growing business<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Influence and challenge senior stakeholders to drive sustainable business outcomes<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Candidate profile<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">We are looking for a commercially minded HR Business Partner who combines strategic thinking with a pragmatic, hands-on approach.
