As the organization expands, they are seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to support the firm&#8217;s investment teams globally.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished HR Business Partner who enjoys operating close to the business, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving people initiatives within a high-performance environment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 12px\">As the Senior Human Resources Business Partner, you will be responsible for:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Acting as a strategic HR partner to investment professionals and business leaders<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Coaching managers on performance, leadership development and employee engagement<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Driving talent management, succession planning and workforce planning initiatives<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Supporting compensation reviews, talent discussions and organizational effectiveness efforts<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Partnering with hiring managers and external search firms on recruitment strategy and headcount planning<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Identifying talent gaps and delivering development solutions to enhance leadership capability<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Utilizing data and business insights to inform people decisions and recommend actions<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Collaborating with the broader global HR team to deliver key HR programs and initiatives<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Supporting change management, culture initiatives and business growth objectives<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 12px\">Key requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">7+ years of HR experience within financial services, ideally in asset management, alternatives, private equity, credit or investment banking<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Proven HR Business Partner experience supporting senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Strong coaching, influencing and stakeholder management skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Commercially minded with the ability to align people strategy to business goals<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Confident operating autonomously while building strong partnerships across the organization<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Strong judgment and the ability to navigate complex people matters with discretion<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial, high-growth and evolving environment<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Collaborative, hands-on and willing to contribute across both strategic and operational HR initiatives<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Passion for talent development, leadership effectiveness and employee experience<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">The successful candidate will join a collaborative and entrepreneurial culture that values trust, teamwork, innovation and continuous improvement.
