Reporting to the Senior Director of Remuneration &amp; Benefits, you will play a key role in delivering a number of high-profile compensation initiatives and annual reward activities during an important period for the business.<\/p>\n<p>Operating within a fast-paced and collaborative environment, this role requires someone who enjoys balancing strategic reward projects with operational delivery. The successful individual will be comfortable adapting to changing priorities, building strong stakeholder relationships and taking ownership of outcomes across multiple workstreams.<\/p>\n<p>Working closely with the wider Reward team, this is an excellent opportunity to make an immediate impact within a complex international organisation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About the role<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The successful individual will take ownership of several critical compensation projects whilst ensuring the successful delivery of core reward processes across the UK and Europe.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key responsibilities include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>* Leading annual compensation planning and salary review cycles across multiple European markets.<\/p>\n<p>* Managing job levelling, job architecture and pay range governance activities.<\/p>\n<p>* Conducting market benchmarking and compensation analysis to support reward decision-making.<\/p>\n<p>* Supporting the implementation and ongoing management of EU Pay Transparency requirements across the UK &amp;
