Working closely with senior HR leadership, you&#8217;ll support HR operations, recruitment, learning &amp; development, reward, HR systems and employee relations while playing a key role in driving process improvements and HR technology enhancements.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\"> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Key responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Support the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Act as a key HRIS user, maintaining employee data and driving system optimisation<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Coordinate recruitment activity, candidate management and reporting<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Assist with payroll administration, benefits and HR reporting<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Support learning &amp;
