Managing a specialist team, you&#8217;ll oversee the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring clinicians are cleared efficiently and compliantly while maintaining a strong focus on service delivery, audit readiness and continuous improvement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\"> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">The Opportunity<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">This role is ideal for a highly organised operational leader who combines strong people management skills with a deep understanding of compliance within a CQC-regulated environment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">You&#8217;ll be responsible for driving performance across onboarding and compliance operations, managing risk, improving processes and ensuring the business remains fully compliant with all regulatory requirements.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\"> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Lead and develop a high-performing onboarding and compliance team.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Oversee the end-to-end onboarding and clearance process for a large workforce.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Ensure compliance processes align with CQC standards and regulatory requirements.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Maintain audit readiness and oversee internal and external compliance audits.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Monitor operational KPIs, service levels and team performance.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Manage workforce administration and compliance activity within agreed SLAs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Develop strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Produce and analyse operational reports to identify trends, risks and opportunities.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\"> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">About You<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">To be successful in this role you&#8217;ll ideally have:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Proven experience managing onboarding, compliance, workforce operations or people operations teams.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance requirements.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Experience operating within a regulated healthcare environment.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">A track record of managing high-volume administrative and compliance processes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Experience preparing for and supporting CQC inspections and audits.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Strong leadership skills with experience coaching and developing teams.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">The ability to analyse data, monitor performance and drive continuous improvement
