Supporting a demanding and commercially focused Front Office population, this is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing business where HR is viewed as a genuine strategic partner.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">This role requires an individual who can build credibility quickly, challenge constructively, and provide commercially focused HR support to senior stakeholders within revenue-generating teams.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\"> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">The Opportunity<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Working closely with business leaders and the wider HR function, you will provide both strategic and operational HR support across a broad range of people matters. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, helping to drive performance, engagement, organisational effectiveness and talent initiatives.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">The successful candidate will be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly and stakeholder expectations are Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Partner with senior Front Office leaders, providing commercially focused HR advice and guidance.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Support organisational design, workforce planning and business change initiatives.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Advise managers on employee relations matters, performance management and employment legislation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Lead and support talent management, succession planning and development initiatives.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Partner with stakeholders on compensation and promotion processes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Analyse people data and provide insights to support business decision-making.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Drive employee engagement activities and help foster a high-performance culture.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Work collaboratively with specialist HR teams to deliver HR initiatives and projects.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\"> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">About You<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Previous experience operating as an HR Business Partner within a financial services environment.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Essential experience supporting Front Office populations.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Strong commercial awareness and the ability to understand business priorities.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Proven ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders effectively.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Excellent employee relations knowledge and experience managing complex cases.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Strong communication and relationship-building skills.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Comfortable working in a fast-paced, demanding and high-performance environment.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">CIPD qualification or equivalent is
