This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious reward professional who enjoys solving problems, working with data and developing deep subject matter expertise, while continuing to grow their career within a supportive and collaborative team.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As a key member of the Reward function, you&#8217;ll support the delivery of both business-as-usual reward activities and longer-term strategic initiatives across the EMEA region.<\/p>\n<p>Your responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supporting annual compensation and salary review processes.<\/li>\n<li>Designing and implementing reward frameworks, policies and governance structures.<\/li>\n<li>Managing complex compensation datasets, ensuring data integrity and identifying opportunities to improve processes and reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Delivering market benchmarking and compensation analytics to support business decision-making.<\/li>\n<li>Supporting remuneration governance, committee activity and regulatory reporting requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Leading the identification and administration of Material Risk Takers (MRTs).<\/li>\n<li>Contributing to strategic reward initiatives, including salary structures, pay transparency readiness and broader reward programme development.<\/li>\n<li>Providing expert guidance to HR colleagues, managers and employees on reward-related matters.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> About You<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;ll bring strong reward experience and a genuine interest in developing your expertise within a sophisticated, highly regulated environment.<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;re particularly interested in individuals with:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience across compensation, market benchmarking and annual reward cycles.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical capability and confidence working with large, complex datasets.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced Excel and reward reporting skills.<\/li>\n<li>An understanding of financial services reward regulation, ideally to include CRD V.<\/li>\n<li>Experience preparing materials and presentations for senior stakeholders and governance forums.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.<\/li>\n<li>A collaborative, low-ego approach and a desire to continuously improve both processes and outcomes.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with McLagan or similar market data providers would be advantageous (but not essential)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> Why Join?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This role offers a rare combination of breadth, complexity and professional development.
