Our client is a boutique global professional services firm who is seeking a Talent & Operations Associate. This role will support end-to-end recruiting while helping drive the day-to-day operations of a small but growing and highly collaborative office.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

This is a pivotal role offering the opportunity to gain broad exposure across talent acquisition, employee experience, office operations, and strategic people initiatives in a growing business. You will be responsible for coordinating the full recruitment process, including agency management, interview scheduling and execution, candidate communications, feedback collection, and process management, while driving a high-touch candidate experience. In addition, you will oversee office operations, including meeting room management, office supplies, kitchen organization, and general workplace coordination in addition to planning and coordinating office events and employee engagement activities.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

We are seeking ~2-3 years of experience in recruiting or recruiting coordination, and someone who is self-motivated, organized and a confident communicator across all audiences. A team-oriented professional who enjoys building relationships and contributing to a positive office culture will thrive in this role. Experience within professional services, consulting, legal, accounting is preferred. This role is ideal for an early career professional who is excited by the opportunity to grow alongside an expanding business.<\/p>\n
