Joining on a six-month fixed-term contract, you will help ensure that learning initiatives are thoughtfully designed, well coordinated and aligned with the organisation&#8217;s evolving needs. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">This is an opportunity to make an immediate impact within a practical, delivery-focused role. You will work closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts, taking ownership of agreed projects while also supporting the smooth running of the wider L&amp;D programme. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2>About the role<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">This is a role where you&#8217;ll both design and deliver high-quality learning interventions across a range of formats, managing projects from initial scoping through to delivery and evaluation. Alongside project work, you will oversee agreed business-as-usual activities and help maintain an engaging, relevant and effective learning offer. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Responsibilities<\/strong><strong style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">: <\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Scope, design and deliver learning interventions that respond to organisational priorities and audience needs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Manage agreed learning projects from initial concept and planning through to implementation and evaluation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to create relevant, engaging learning experiences.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Adapt learning content and delivery methods for different audiences, objectives and business requirements.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Coordinate agreed day-to-day L&amp;D activities, ensuring programmes are organised, communicated and delivered effectively.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Create engaging e-learning content using Articulate 360 or a comparable authoring tool.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Evaluate<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">the effectiveness of learning interventions and use feedback and evidence to measure impact.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Build effective working relationships across the organisation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Prioritise competing projects and activities in a busy learning environment.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Contribute to the continuous improvement of the wider learning and development programme. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>About you<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">We&#8217;re looking for an experienced, hands-on L&amp;D professional who can quickly understand a new organisation, build strong working relationships and move projects forward with minimal supervision.
