The role will play a critical part in driving people initiatives that support business growth, organisational effectiveness, workforce capability, and talent outcomes within a dynamic and fast-evolving environment.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">As a strategic HR Business Partner, you will work closely with business leaders to align people strategies with operational and commercial objectives. You will provide guidance and leadership across key HR disciplines including workforce planning, organisational design, talent management, succession planning, employee engagement, performance management, and leadership development.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, supporting business transformation initiatives and driving proactive people solutions that enhance organisational performance. You will also partner closely with regional and global HR Centres of Excellence across Talent, Total Rewards, Learning &amp; Development, and Employee Relations to deliver integrated HR solutions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">In addition, you will play a key role in fostering a positive employee experience, strengthening organisational capability, and supporting change management initiatives within a highly matrixed manufacturing environment.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><strong>Ideal Profile<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">As a guideline, the client is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner with <strong>approximately 15 years of progressive HR experience<\/strong>, including significant HRBP experience supporting senior business leaders within large and complex organisations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Candidates should demonstrate a strong track record partnering with commercial, operations, engineering, manufacturing, or technical leadership teams and possess deep expertise across organisational development, talent management, workforce planning, employee engagement, leadership coaching, and change management.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience within advanced manufacturing, electronics, industrial, engineering, automotive, or related sectors will be highly regarded.
