This is an opportunity to gain broad exposure across all areas of HR while contributing to a fast-paced and collaborative environment.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 13px\">The role reports directly to the Chief People Officer and offers significant visibility across the business while supporting key initiatives related to employee experience, compensation, benefits, onboarding, reporting, and organizational growth.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 13px\">As the People Associate, you will be responsible for:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Supporting the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee experience, and People Operations initiatives<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Managing employee benefits administration and coordination with external vendors<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Supporting compensation administration and annual people processes<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Assisting with 401(k) administration and employee programs<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Coordinating offer letters, background checks, and pre-employment processes<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Supporting payroll administration, employee records, compliance, and HR systems<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Partnering with employees and managers on people-related matters and employee lifecycle support<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Assisting with workforce planning, headcount reporting, turnover reporting, and people analytics<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Supporting performance management, employee development, and engagement initiatives<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Coordinating immigration and visa processes with external partners<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Contributing to process improvement projects that support organizational growth and scalability<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Providing direct support to People leadership and broader business stakeholders<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 13px\">Key requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">4-6 years of experience within Human Resources, People Operations, HRBP, or related functions<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Experience supporting employee lifecycle processes, benefits administration, compensation, payroll, and HR operations<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Strong Excel skills and comfort working with reporting and analytics<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Experience with HRIS platforms, payroll systems, PEOs, or related HR technology<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Exposure to workforce planning, employee data, reporting, or organizational analytics preferred<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Financial services, investment management, private equity, family office, or high-growth company experience preferred<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Highly organized professional with exceptional attention to detail<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Resourceful self-starter who can operate independently and manage competing priorities<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Strong communicator with excellent judgment and follow-through<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Comfortable working within a fast-paced, evolving environment<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of an organization<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">As a specialist HR &amp; Reward search and recruitment firm, we&#8217;re excited to partner with a growing organization that offers strong exposure, mentorship, and career development opportunities.
