They are looking to appoint an accomplished and forward thinking Global Talent Acquisition Director to shape and execute the resourcing strategy that enables the business to attract the best talent and fulfil their exciting growth agenda.<\/p>\n<p>As a member of the Global HR team, the position will play a pivotal role attracting top talent, developing recruitment capabilities and ensuring the company is positioned to scale for growth. Key responsibilities include:<br \/>* Developing a talent acquisition strategy that supports the commercial growth plans and enable business outcomes.<br \/>* Drive a dynamic employer brand in the market, defining a modern social media presence, driving diversity &amp; inclusion agenda and setting the direction for the technology that supports the TA process.<br \/>* Ensure social media presence is relevant and attractive.<br \/>* Provide thought leadership including best practice, current trends.<br \/>* Defining key strategic projects and a roadmap to drive improvements to achieve short &amp; long-term goals.<br \/>* Owning the Talent Acquisition policy, to include Executive, experienced hires and graduates.<br \/>* Establishing candidate and hiring manager journey maps and ensure the Talent Acquisition processes are defined with a key objective of delivering the right experience effectively and efficiently.<br \/>* Driving and transforming ways of working across the whole TA function, embedding new working practices, and eliminating manual processes<br \/>* Partnering with the Global HR Business Partners\/HR Directors<br \/>* Creating a pipeline of talent and a view of the global talent landscape.<br \/>* Building a deep understanding of skills available in the marketplace through labour market analysis and shaping the direction of the acquisition approach.<br \/>* Contributing to the STEM talent pipeline agenda.<br \/>* Create a culture of good recruitment practice &#8211; working with the leadership team and hiring managers to develop best practice across the Business.<br \/>* Developing the system Recruitment module and standardised processes.<br \/>* Leveraging recruitment data to define success metrics, KPIs, measure productivity, communicating to internal customers and informing strategic decision making.<br \/>* Driving the PSL for agencies including a review and setting competitive metrics.<br \/>* Leading and managing a small, international team.<\/p>\n<p>This position will suit a talented and ambitious Talent Acquisition professional who is able demonstrate a strong track record of building a compelling resourcing agenda encompassing both core day to day activities as well as building a long term and sustainable strategy. You must have EMEA or Global experience, managing direct headcount and senior stakeholders across different geographies and cultures, preferably within an Engineering, R&amp;D, Pharmaceutical or similar sector.
