Leveraging on your existing recruiting expertise and market knowledge, you will be responsible for managing the full life-cycle recruitment efforts and spearhead strategic partnerships with business leaders and hiring managers to identify their recruitment needs within the firm. This is a really exciting opportunity for experienced recruiters who are looking to join a highly established and leading financial services company, with the opportunity to work alongside leading recruiting professionals within the industry.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>The suitable candidate should be have experience managing the full recruitment process within a sizeable institution and be able to function in a fast paced environment. You should be comfortable managing high volume and be able to deal with multiple stakeholders effectively.
