traject dat nooit eindigt, want een echt vooruitstrevend bedrijf houdt nooit op met leren en vragen stellen.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns alignwide is-layout-flex class=\"hd-block-accordion-row__content\">\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wij werken samen met initiatieven over de hele wereld, waaronder Resurgo en Project Search in het Verenigd Koninkrijk, om sociale mobiliteit te ondersteunen, The Diversity Council in Australi\u00eb om DEI-praktijken op de werkplek te ondersteunen, en het bestuurslidmaatschap van AIESEC Alumni Europe, een platform voor jonge mensen om vaardigheden op het gebied van leidinggeven te ontwikkelen.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n\n\n\t<div class=\"hd-block hd-block-accordion-row alignwide\" class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wij hebben onze interne wervingsstrategie vernieuwd door te erkennen dat door &#8216;company fit&#8217; recruiters worden aangetrokken die op zoek zijn naar zeer vergelijkbare kandidaten.
