Diese Flexibilit\u00e4t kann unterschiedlich angeboten werden, je nach den Bedarfen des Unternehmens \u2013 In Form von Teilzeit, Home Office oder sogar die Aufteilung der Arbeitszeit auf das Wochenende anstelle einer regul\u00e4ren Arbeitswoche von Montag bis Freitag ist mittlerweile m\u00f6glich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Viele Unternehmen bieten Arbeitnehmern diese Flexibilit\u00e4t also auf die eine oder andere Weise an, aber bringt es wirklich so viele Vorteile mit sich? Wie mit den meisten Benefits h\u00e4ngt dies nat\u00fcrlich vom jeweiligen Unternehmen ab, aber die kurze und eindeutige Antwort ist JA. Neuere Studien zeigen, dass flexibles Arbeiten eine Reihe von Vorteilen hat, wie z.B. eine bessere Work-Life-Balance und die damit zusammenh\u00e4ngende Stressreduzierung der Mitarbeiter durch die eigene Gestaltung der Arbeitszeiten. Es ist allgemein bekannt, dass zufriedenere Teams um einiges produktiver sind. Es kommt au\u00dferdem nicht selten vor, dass geeignete Kandidaten weit entfernt vom Standort der Rolle situiert sind. Die M\u00f6glichkeit, potenzielle Arbeitnehmer dann teilweise oder sogar haupts\u00e4chlich von einem Remote-Standort arbeiten zu lassen, k\u00f6nnte sich f\u00fcr beide Seiten als optimale L\u00f6sung erweisen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Warum setzen also nicht alle Arbeitgeber flexible Arbeitsregelungen ein? Dies kann viele Gr\u00fcnde haben, aber der h\u00e4ufigste ist wohl, dass es manche Unternehmenskulturen schlichtweg nicht zulassen und es noch immer viele Arbeitgeber gibt, die den oben genannten Arbeitsstrukturen eher abgeneigt gegen\u00fcber stehen. Viele Unternehmen halten physische Pr\u00e4senz f\u00fcr die Zusammenarbeit im Team f\u00fcr absolut notwendig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oft geht es allerdings um Leistungsbeurteilung, Glaubw\u00fcrdigkeit und Vertrauen, denn Managementpositionen sind besorgt um m\u00f6glichen Produktivit\u00e4ts- und Effizienzverluste. Dies gilt besonders in Deutschland, wo der sogenannte \u201eAnwesenheitswahn\u201c im Gegensatz zu den west- und nordeurop\u00e4ischen Nachbarn noch sehr pr\u00e4sent ist.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Mehrheit der Unternehmen versucht jedoch, flexiblere Arbeitsregelungen f\u00fcr ihre Mitarbeiter einzuf\u00fchren.
