Learning & Development Partner – Professional Services | Bristol
We’re working with a leading Professional Services firm in Bristol who are seeking a strategic L&D Partner to join their learning function. This is a fantastic opportunity to focus on talent development initiatives as well as L&D. You will help shape and deliver learning and talent solutions, building future skills capability as well as shaping and embedding a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with senior stakeholder’s and wider people team to create Talent Development Programmes.
Develop and implement a learning skills framework across all levels
Lead leadership and management development programmes
Drive learning initiatives in collaboration with the people team, focusing on performance management, talent mapping, pipeline planning.
Drive a culture of learning and coaching
Manage and mentor L&D team members
Track key metrics to allow for data driven decision making
About You:
Proven experience in talent development and L&D leadership, ideally within professional services
Solid understanding of performance management and talent development strategies
Coaching qualification and strong facilitation skills
Experience designing and delivering firm-wide learning programmes
Confident working with senior stakeholders
