I currently manage the junior-mid Interim team across financial and professional services. As a team, we support clients on a range of short term interim assignments (sometimes to start the following week) right through to maternity cover contracts which can run up to 12 months.
I have been recruiting HR professionals in London since 2010 and supported a range of organisations within financial and professional services during that time. Having started as a researcher recruiting junior to mid-level positions, I now focus on recruiting senior HR interim/contractors for a variety of clients within Insurance, Banking, Accountancy and Legal specifically. Most of the work at this level is a combination of maternity covers and additional headcount to support/lead on HR project work such as restructures, transformation and change management.
As a contract recruiter, your speed of response and the ability to maintain a strong network of career interims is vital to be able to provide quality candidates available at short notice. Throughout my career, I’ve managed some high-volume accounts and had the opportunity to build long term relationships with my clients which enables us to provide a more tailored, quality service. It’s also been very rewarding to have supported candidates at several points in their HR career and to be able to maintain that relationship even after we’ve secured them a role.
I’ve always enjoyed eating out, socialising with friends and family and planning travels/city breaks. I’m also an avid runner and completed several half marathons over the years, and now signed myself for a full marathon in 2018 so will be spending a lot of my time training after work and on weekends!
