Senior Recruiting Associate

Our client is a renowned, global financial services firm looking to hire a Senior Recruiting Associate. This role will support full-cycle recruiting across a diverse corporate functions portfolio, with exposure to investing hiring in addition. This is a pivotal role offering the opportunity to build pipelines, partner with and develop stakeholder relationships, and support hiring delivery across critical business areas.

We are seeking approximately 6 years of full life cycle recruiting experience in agency and/or corporate environments, with financial services industry experience highly preferred. Professionals with strong problem-solving abilities, professional presence and demonstrated relationship building skills, who have comfort working in ambiguity and adapting to evolving priorities, will thrive in this fast-paced environment.

The firm is hybrid, 3 days in office in Fort Worth.
