People Analytics Manager
Role Summary
This role leads the strategy and development of workforce analytics across the organisation. It ensures people data is transformed into high‑value insights that support talent, organisational performance, and leadership decision‑making, while maintaining strong data standards and minimal technical complexity.
Working closely with HR, Finance, Technology, and business leaders, the role bridges strategic objectives and analytics delivery to drive insight adoption and data‑led decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and manage the workforce analytics roadmap aligned to business and people priorities.
- Translate organisational challenges into clear, actionable analytics solutions and dashboards.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify needs, influence adoption, and embed analytics into decision‑making.
- Lead analytics initiatives from concept through delivery and sustained use.
- Present complex people insights in a concise, executive‑ready format.
- Establish governance, data quality standards, and consistent metrics across HR analytics.
- Collaborate with technology teams to align systems, tools, and platforms, ensuring compliance with data privacy and ethical standards.
