We are seeking a proactive, resourceful, and highly organized administrative professional to support a small founding team and help streamline day‑to‑day office operations. This role is ideal for someone early in their career (1-2 years of experience) who thrives in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment and enjoys making things run smoothly behind the scenes.
The position includes a blend of administrative support-such as managing calendars, coordinating travel, and assisting with events-combined with hands‑on office and operational responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Adminstrative Support
- Manage and coordinate calendars, meetings, and scheduling.
- Assist with travel logistics, reservations, and itineraries.
- Support preparation and coordination of events, meetings, and follow‑ups.
- Provide general administrative support to help maximize leadership efficiency.
Office Support
- Serve as the onsite point person for daily office needs.
- Ensure the workspace is maintained, stocked, organized, and functioning smoothly.
- Handle supply ordering, vendor coordination, and facilities‑related tasks.
- Assist with onsite meeting setup, guest reception, and general operational support.
Who You Are
- 1-2 years of administrative, office support, or operations experience (internship experience included).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats and taking ownership of a variety of tasks.
- Proactive, solutions‑oriented, and able to anticipate needs.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, service‑focused mindset.
- Enjoys working onsite and being the central support presence in the office.
