EMEA HR Manager
We are working with a leading global consulting firm to recruit an experienced EMEA HR Manager for their London office. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing, fast-paced organisation with a strong presence across the UK and Europe. The role is internal and reports into the Global People Director (currently on maternity leave), with interim reporting to the Head of Risk.
This is a strategic and hands-on HR leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about building a positive and productive workplace culture. You’ll be working closely with teams across London, Leeds, Cardiff, and Düsseldorf, as well as collaborating with colleagues in the US.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage HR operations across EMEA, including policy development and implementation
- Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals
- Manage and develop a small HR team (Advisor and Assistant)
- Provide expert guidance on employment law and employee relations across EMEA
- Oversee performance reviews, salary discussions, and promotions
- Drive global mobility processes and benefits management
- Support learning & development initiatives and workforce planning
- Champion DEI, wellbeing, and internal engagement initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a senior HR role, ideally within professional services or consulting
- Strong knowledge of UK and European employment law
- Experience working across multiple EMEA regions (UK, Germany, etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and leadership skills
- CIPD qualification preferred
