Job Summary

Our client, a growing financial services company, is looking for a Temporary Recruiter to help scale their talent pipeline-especially for early career, intern, and corporate roles. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating efficient hiring processes, and making a real impact on a company’s growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, with a focus on graduate programs, internships, and exempt-level corporate positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to write clear, engaging job descriptions and define hiring needs.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract diverse, qualified candidates-especially through campus outreach and early career channels.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview logistics.
  • Support interview prep and guide stakeholders through the selection process.
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers on offer details, including salary recommendations and start dates.
  • Ensure hiring practices comply with employment laws and internal policies.
  • Represent the company at career fairs, campus events, and recruiting sessions.
  • Track hiring metrics and share insights to improve recruiting outcomes.
  • Jump in on other recruiting projects as needed.

What You Bring

  • 3-5 years of recruiting experience, ideally with exposure to campus or early career hiring.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills-you’re great with candidates and internal teams.
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset-you take initiative and enjoy solving problems.
  • Excellent time management-you can juggle multiple roles and deadlines with ease.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS
  • Understanding of employment laws and hiring best practices.

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field-or equivalent experience.
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential is a plus.
