I head up the financial services business within Frazer Jones. As a team we recruit into the following areas across a diverse range of organisations; generalist HR, talent acquisition and talent/learning & leadership. My focus is the recruitment of senior HR appointments, having delivered a number of HR director mandates, across firms which straddle private equity, hedge funds and asset management sectors.
I’m fully committed and focused on building out the offering here at Frazer Jones within this space, not only across the UK but globally.
My HR recruitment experience spans back to 2005 where I have supported organisations with their hiring needs across a variety of sectors. Since 2009, my focus has been exclusively into the financial & professional services market. To further grow my network, I also host regular HR director round table discussion groups designed for buyside clients. This is hosted both in the UK and the USA and has been running since 2015. We have developed a philosophy where all of our business development is driven via the platform of network round table groups.
