Campus Recruitment Manager

We are currently partnering with a prestigious global professional services firm seeking a Campus Recruitment Manager to join their team in Hong Kong.

This exciting role will have a regional scope and will look after the organization’s campus recruitment strategy as well as trainee, graduate, and internship programs. Collaborating closely with stakeholders in various regions, you will drive initiatives to attract top-tier talent, drive effective marketing and employer branding campaigns, build relationships with universities and organize campus recruitment events, and act as a business partner to the wider HR team in Asia.

To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 6+ years’ experience in campus recruitment, early careers recruitment, or graduate recruitment, preferably within the professional services, banking, or financial services sector. You will be a people-person, engaging, energetic, and have excellent project management skills. Furthermore, you can build rapport quickly with a wide range of stakeholders and have a track record of designing and executing campus recruitment programs.
