Job Title: Temporary HR Analyst
Location: Midtown Manhattan (Hybrid – several remote days per month)

Position Overview
The firm is seeking an Temporary HR Analyst to join their Human Resources team. This role will provide broad generalist support and play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations. Reporting to the Head of HR and working closely with a small, experienced team, the HR Analyst will support a variety of functions including:
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
- Administer employee benefits and manage related invoicing
- Maintain and update employee data in the HRIS system
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries
- Assist with compliance tracking, reporting, and documentation
- Support ad hoc HR projects and initiatives
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of broad HR experience, ideally in a professional services or corporate environment
- Familiarity with both exempt and non-exempt employee populations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
