Frazer Jones are excited to be parting with a boutique Asset Management business in London supporting them to secure an HR Manager on an FTC.
This is a number two role in a business of 400 employees. You’ll be responsible for managing an HR Advisor and being the day to day, go-to, HR representative in the business.
It’s a highly visible role so the ability to build relationships, influence and think on your feet is vital.
They are looking for a proactive, driven HR professional who takes ownership and wants to make a difference.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with previous experience as an HR Manager who can operate both operationally and strategically.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be responsible for providing HR support to the entire senior team across the business.
Key responsibilities will include:
-Providing coaching to managers on HR processes and programs
-Supporting the annual performance review
-Assisting with the talent management process
-Performance management
-Employee relations and casework
The ideal candidate will be an experienced HR professional having worked in a small or medium sized financial services environment. You will be autonomous and confident in your HR knowledge and approach to working with the client group.
This role is a 12 month maternity cover contract starting in August 2025.
