Human Resources Business Partner
We’re thrilled to be partnering with a growing international restaurant business. In this role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to the Operations leaders, working closely with State Managers and Area Coaches to support and elevate their teams on the ground. From workforce planning and employee relations to performance management and compliance, you’ll be at the heart of their people operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Partnering with Operations leaders to align people strategies with business goals
- Supporting end-to-end workforce planning, including recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning
- Advising on complex employee relations matters with confidence and care
- Driving performance and engagement initiatives that bring company values to life
- Ensuring compliance with Australian employment law, modern awards, and internal policies
- Leading and contributing to national people-focused projects
What You’ll Bring to the Table
- A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in a HR Business Partnering or similar advisory role
- Strong working knowledge of Australian employment legislation and award interpretation
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a passion for making things better
- Experience in a multi-site, fast-paced environment (hospitality or retail a plus)
The salary for this role is $135,000 – $150,000 + super + bonus, depending on experience.
