The role:
- Base salary £95k to £115k
- Bonus minimum 20% discretionary
- Excellent benefits & pension
- 4 days in the office 1 working from home + full flexibility is on offer not a clocking in/clocking out culture (adult environment)
- Location Fenchurch Street – Stunning offices
My notes:
- This role has full responsibility and complete ownership for the UK & Swiss benefits from negotiations, renewals, benchmarking and setting up new benefits platforms to full strategy and then roll outs plus head up the payroll offering for the UK & Swiss in total 104 employees UK, Swiss less than 10.
- Systems wise they use Workday HRIS and Safeguard for the payroll.
- They really see this role as benefits first and payroll second, but both are critical.
- They really want someone strategic in regards to their benefits offering and they want to be best in class in comparison to their UK competitors.
- They have a genuine entrepreneur feel and streak to their culture and want people with fresh ideas and news ways of working so they have an open door for peoples views etc.
- Must be a strong business partner internally and externally.
