Payroll Consultant – £60-75K – 3 month assignment (likely to extend) – Liverpool Street
My client is a financial services firm.
Currently they are seeking a Payroll Consultant to come in who is proficient on ADP IHCM and has ideally worked within the financial services sector. The successful candidate must also be available to start immediately.
This role will include –
- coming in and assessing the current payroll processes and framework
- making recommendations for improvement
- looking at ways to elevate the payroll function
- managing the BAU payroll which encompasses 450 employees
- some exposure to compensation and rewards duties
- coming into the office 3 days per week (not negotiable)
