We’re partnering with a global fintech firm to find a Recruitment Coordinator to join their APAC Experienced Recruitment Team – a key role driving a seamless, high-touch hiring journey across the region.
About the Role
As a key member of our recruitment team, you’ll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates across multiple time zones, playing a vital role in shaping our employer brand.
- Champion the candidate journey from first contact to offer
- Manage complex interview scheduling across time zones
- Coordinate phone screens, assessments, onsite and technical interviews, and debriefs
- Be the primary point of contact for candidates, providing high-touch support
- Own the offer letter process and documentation
- Identify and improve workflow inefficiencies
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and support broader talent acquisition initiatives
What You Bring
- 1-3 years’ experience in a Recruitment or Talent Acquisition team
- Strong organisational skills and experience managing complex calendars
- A genuine passion for recruitment and delivering exceptional candidate care
- High attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism
- A sense of urgency, adaptability, and the ability to prioritise effectively
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
