They are now keen to recruit a Reward Analyst to join their central HR team in London.
Role Overview
The Reward Analyst will support the Head of Reward in delivering the organisation’s reward strategy. This includes managing the annual reward cycle, conducting benchmarking, and providing data-driven insights to support decision-making across the business. The role offers exposure to international HR practices and the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the annual reward cycle, including pay reviews, bonuses, and reporting
- Conduct eligibility checks for staff bonuses and ensures alignment with performance ratings
- Maintain regular communication with HR teams on reward cycle progress
- Track and manage the renewal of pay deals and incentive plans
- Lead participation in external salary surveys and analyse benchmarking data
- Provide market insights and research on compensation trends and practices
- Manage business reporting requirements (e.g. headcount, demographics)
- Ensure HR systems and databases are accurate and up to date
- Liaise with external consultants and internal teams on international assignments
- Provide support for payroll and pension processes as needed
- Administer company car and car allowance schemes
- Act as a point of contact for reward-related queries from HR and the wider business
Skills & Experience
- Solid understanding of reward principles and compensation frameworks
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in HR systems
- High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience working in a global or matrixed environment is a plus
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience preferred
