Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist
Frazer Jones is thrilled to be partnering with a renowned Singapore brand in the service industry. Join them as a Senior Total Rewards Specialist and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of rewards and mobility across their diverse workforce. This is a full-time permanent position based in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the future of the organisation’s rewards and mobility strategy. You will lead the design and execution of impactful Total Rewards programs that support talent attraction, employee engagement, and business growth. Your work will span across compensation benchmarking, annual salary and bonus reviews, and policy development, ensuring alignment with market trends and internal equity.
You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners to provide competitive salary recommendations for new hires, while ensuring Total Rewards policies are clearly documented and effectively communicated across employee groups. You will also drive employee engagement efforts related to rewards initiatives and support the renewal and administration of employee benefits, working closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
The role involves translating business needs into actionable insights through data analysis and modelling. You will build tools to support data-driven decisions, conduct policy effectiveness reviews, and respond to regulatory updates with relevant solutions. You will also perform job evaluations using established methodologies to ensure accurate job sizing across the organisation.
As part of the broader HR team, you will contribute to process improvement initiatives, participate in cross-functional projects, and support enterprise-wide objectives. You will also play a key role in preparing data-driven reports and analysis for internal stakeholders and union partners, supporting negotiations and agreement renewals.
Ideal Profile
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline. You should have strong proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau, along with experience in analysing large datasets to inform Total Rewards strategy. Excellent communication and storytelling skills are essential, as is the ability to translate complex data into compelling business narratives.
