Senior Compensation Director
Representing a global multi-brand media and entertainment group, we are proud to be leading the search for a Head of Broad-Based Compensation. This newly created role will lead the design and delivery of compensation programs for a diverse, international workforce below the executive level.
This is a pivotal role offering the opportunity to build scalable frameworks, drive consistency across geographies, and influence compensation strategy at a newly formed public company.
As the Head of Broad-Based Compensation, you will be responsible for:
- Designing and managing global salary ranges, job leveling frameworks, and pay structures
- Leading annual merit, promotion, and incentive planning cycles in partnership with HR Operations and People Partners
- Partnering with Finance and business leaders to review and enhance short-term incentive programs for non-executives
- Overseeing market benchmarking, survey participation, and job matching methodology
- Advising HR Business Partners on compensation-related inquiries and offers
- Maintaining consistent job architecture and compensation practices across business units and countries
- Ensuring compliance with global pay transparency laws and audit processes
- Managing a compensation analyst supporting modeling, benchmarking, and compensation planning
- Fostering a high-performing, collaborative, and analytical team culture
