Senior L&D Advisor
An established law firm is seeking a proactive Senior L&D Advisor to lead firmwide learning initiatives.
Reporting to the HR Director, this role focuses on designing and delivering training across soft skills, leadership, technical development, and compliance, while managing the firm’s LMS.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying training needs and aligning L&D strategy with business goals.
- Designing and delivering internal training programmes and sourcing external providers.
- Managing the annual training calendar and regulatory compliance (e.g. SRA, CPD).
- Supporting career development frameworks and apprenticeship initiatives.
- Collaborating with HR, legal teams, and internal stakeholders to promote a culture of continuous learning.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years L&D experience, ideally within legal or professional services.
- Strong knowledge of CPD, SRA, and legal qualification pathways (e.g. SQE).
- Excellent facilitation, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with LMS platforms and digital learning tools is desirable.
