Talent Acquisition/Recruiter
Our global client, an award-winning consultancy firm within the financial services industry is seeking two inhouse Recruiting Managers. On offer is a base in the region of $130-150k, plus bonus and an amazing company culture which genuinely feels like one big family. This will be a Hybrid role (1-2 days in their Manhattan office).

What We’re Looking For:
- A polished recruitment professional with experience in either agency or in-house, ideally with a track record for hiring within financial/professional services.
- Strong communication skills-articulate, engaging, and able to build thoughtful relationships with stakeholders.
- A “sourcing mindset” with intellectual curiosity and the ability to deliver in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Attention to detail, emotional maturity, and enthusiasm for navigating complex processes with precision.
This is a new role as the firm looks to further build out its US recruiting function. It will be part of a 3-person team locally and a broader global team.
