About the Role:
Our client, a fast-growing software company, is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support a high-volume hiring surge. This is a remote, contract role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys full-cycle recruiting. You’ll play a key role in scaling the team by attracting top talent across a variety of professional roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Partner with department leads to develop accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Create and execute targeted sourcing strategies tailored to each role.
- Post job openings and manage recruitment advertising campaigns for optimal visibility.
- Support the offer process, including salary recommendations, incentives, and start dates.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
- Represent the company at job fairs, campus events, and networking opportunities.
- Perform additional recruitment-related tasks as needed.
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Strategic thinker with experience in sourcing and recruitment planning.
- Highly proactive and organized with strong time management.
- Familiarity with recruitment laws and best practices.
- Proficiency in ATS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Comfortable working remotely, with flexibility to visit the office if needed.
Education & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment, ideally in a similar industry.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer.
