HR Technology Lead (Workday)
- We’re hiring an HR Technology Lead to join a fast-growing, global investment Firm and we need a hands-on HR tech expert to help architect the systems that will power our people strategy.
- What You’ll Do:
- Own the vision and execution of our HR systems roadmap, with a focus on Workday.
- Lead end-to-end implementation and optimization of modules like HCM, Recruiting, Performance, and Compensation.
- Design scalable, automated processes across the employee lifecycle-from onboarding to offboarding.
- Partner with HR, IT, and Finance to deliver data-driven insights and seamless user experiences.
- Manage external vendors and consultants, ensuring high-quality delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Roll up your sleeves to configure, test, and troubleshoot systems-this is a builder’s role.
- What We’re Looking For:
- 7-10 years of experience in HR tech or HRIS leadership, ideally in high-growth or startup environments.
- Deep, hands-on Workday expertise across multiple modules and implementations.
- Strong project management chops-you’ve led complex rollouts and kept them on track.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to execute tactically.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working with senior stakeholders.
- Bonus Points For:
- Experience in financial services or asset management.
- Familiarity with Workday Financials, analytics tools (like Tableau or Power BI), or AI/ML in HR.
