We are seeking a Legal Recruiting Coordinator to support firm-wide lateral attorney, law school, and staff recruiting efforts. This role involves a variety of administrative responsibilities and requires maintaining positive relationships with candidates, internal stakeholders, and vendors, while ensuring confidentiality in all personnel matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Director of Talent Acquisition to implement recruiting initiatives across lateral attorney, law school, and staff hiring.
- Initiate searches, post jobs internally and externally, and liaise with internal stakeholders and search firms.
- Coordinate interview schedules and manage feedback collection.
- Track candidates throughout the recruiting process and ensure completion of pre-hire due diligence.
- Support the creation of recruiting materials, generate reports, and maintain the applicant tracking system.
- Update online recruitment content and manage search firm agreements.
- Provide metrics and reporting as needed.
- Work collaboratively with the Talent Team and other departments.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in legal recruiting or legal professional services.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and proofreading ability.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Independent thinker with ownership mindset.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel (PowerPoint preferred).
Compensation
- Salary Range: $60,000-$80,000 annually
- Final compensation will depend on skills, qualifications, and experience.
