Stephen joined Frazer Jones in 2014. Having worked in HR recruitment since 2006, he brings significant experience hiring at Head and Director levels across retained search and contingency assignments.

Primarily focusing on senior hires across the South West region for a wide range of industry sectors, he also has a wider remit across the South and into London for defence and aerospace, manufacturing and engineering and related commerce and industry clients.

On joining, Stephen first built the Human Capital practice in the UK before moving from London to Bath in 2016 to establish a local footprint for Frazer Jones in Bristol. He subsequently set up and established offices in Birmingham and Dublin and led Frazer Jones regionally across the UK and Ireland.

Stephen also leads the Frazer Jones UK Trustee Network, a pro bono initiative connecting HR professionals with charities and non-profits seeking strategic HR expertise at the board level. Through this network, he helps organisations benefit from people-focused leadership, while supporting HR professionals in gaining valuable Trustee experience to enhance their careers and drive meaningful change.
