About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Benefits Analyst to support the administration and optimization of our employee benefits programs. This role is ideal for either a recent graduate with HR internship experience or an early-career benefits professional with 1-3 years of experience looking to deepen their expertise.
You will play a key role in managing benefit plans, supporting open enrollment, partnering with vendors, and delivering a high-quality employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support employee benefit programs including:
- Health Savings Accounts (HSA)
- Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
- 401(k) retirement plans
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries, providing timely and accurate guidance
- Assist with open enrollment, including planning, communications, system updates, and employee support
- Manage relationships with external vendors, brokers, and plan administrators to ensure smooth operations
- Reconcile and process benefits billing and invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments
- Maintain benefits data in HRIS systems and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Support audits, reporting, and documentation related to benefits programs
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, employee experience, and operational efficiency
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field OR equivalent experience
- 0-3 years of experience in HR, Benefits, or a related field
- Relevant internship experience will be considered
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working with benefits programs (HSA, FSA, 401(k), health & welfare plans)
- Exposure to HRIS systems (Workday, ADP, or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
