Are you a reward professional who enjoys working with data as much as people?

We’re looking for an analytically-minded Compensation Data Manager to join a high-performing Reward team, reporting directly to the Head of Reward and take ownership of compensation analytics, regulatory reporting and remuneration governance within a leading financial services organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain compensation analytics, data models and dashboards.
  • Lead remuneration data gathering and validation across HR, Finance and Payroll.
  • Analyse pay data to identify trends, anomalies and equal pay insights.
  • Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and data quality.
  • Support incentive planning, benchmarking and executive reward projects.

About You

  • Experience in Compensation, Reward or Reward Analytics.
  • Strong data analysis and modelling skills with advanced Excel capabilities.
  • Comfortable working with large, complex datasets and translating data into insights.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Recent financial services experience is highly desirable.
