The role is based across North Ryde and will play a pivotal part in shaping culture, performance, and leadership capability.
About the Role
Reporting to the People & Culture Leader, this is a strategic and operational partnering role focused on building high-performing teams, fostering leadership capability, and driving cultural outcomes. You’ll be part of a broader P&C team with key responsibilities including:
- Partnering with leaders to drive engagement, performance, and team effectiveness.
- Coaching leaders through complex ER matters and organisational change.
- Leading local delivery of capability programs and company-wide initiatives.
- Championing the people experience and embedding the values and behaviours.
- Collaborating with Workplace Relations, Talent Acquisition, and HR Operations teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
About You
You’re a confident and compassionate HR professional who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about making a difference. You bring:
- Proven experience in a People & Culture partnering role with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong coaching skills and a track record of improving team performance and culture.
- Experience managing complex ER matters and implementing sustainable change.
- Strategic mindset with attention to detail and the ability to manage ambiguity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
This is a permanent part-time role (4 days a week or 0.8). Starting ASAP. Hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 1 from home.
