HR Business Partner – Maternity Cover
We’re Hiring: HR Business Partner – 12 Month FTC.
Location: Central Manchester (Hybrid – 3 days in-office)
Contract: Fixed Term (12 months)
We are looking for a professional and capable HR Business Partner to our client’s Manchester location on a 12-month fixed term contract.
This is a unique opportunity to work within a high-performing and collaborative team, implementing strategy and partnering senior stakeholders.
The role:
- Acting as a trusted advisor to the leadership team and colleagues across a range of HR topics
- Driving performance, engagement, performance optimisation, and professional development strategies
- Leading and supporting people-related projects, ensuring compliance and excellence
- Champion well-being, equity, and inclusivity in the workplace
- Collaborate with global teams in a matrixed environment to deliver best-in-class HR support
Our client is looking for:
- Proven experience in employee relations as well as broader generalist HR activities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for people and culture
- Experience within a professional setting ie financial services, professional services or similar and ideally within a global/matrixed setting

Salary is up to £60,000 per annum
