HR Manager

Adult Social Care

£32-£38k actual salary (£53-63k FTE)

Permanent, part‑time (22.5 hours / 3 days)

Remote first with occasional travel to London City office and UK sites

We’re working with a high quality, values led social care provider who specialise in supporting adults with complex needs who are looking to appoint an HR Manager.

Rated as outstanding, the business has created this position following redesign of the HR team to maintain these excellent standard and strengthen leadership, governance and quality – this role sits at the centre of that change.

This is a part‑time (3 days) position reporting directly to the CEO, with real influence and the chance to help shape how HR operates as the organisation grows.

The Role

  • Own HR strategy, policy and workforce planning
  • Lead complex ER and employment law casework
  • Advise SLT and Board on people matters and risk
  • Line manage a Recruitment & HR Officer (day‑to‑day HR delivery)
  • Act as a Level 1 SMS User on the sponsor licence
  • This is a build‑and‑shape role, not a maintenance one.

About You

  • Experienced HR Manager / HRBP, ideally in a regulated setting
  • Strong UK employment law and complex casework experience
  • Comfortable operating at senior leadership level
  • Confident working part‑time in a senior role
  • Sponsor licence / SMS experience helpful (but not essential)
