Interim HR Lead
About the Organisation
We are delighted to be partnering with a small professional services firm with an international footprint. The business is about to embark on change project and is looking for an Interim HR Lead for a 3-month contract to advise and deliver on the change management across the UK, US and Australia.
About the role
The role is based in North Sydney and will lead and support the delivery of the organisational change initiative, including workforce restructuring and redundancy processes.
Responsibilities will include:
- Lead and manage end-to-end redundancy and restructuring processes
- Provide expert advice to senior leaders on change management, employee relations, and risk mitigation
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and industrial instruments.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement change communication strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
About you
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of change management along with employment law knowledge of the UK, USA and Australia. This role is to start immediately and paying $1,000 per day including super. They offer a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office.
