Learning & Development Coordinator
We’re representing a global financial services provider, leading their search for a Learning & Development Coordinator. This newly created role will support the coordination and delivery of learning programs across a growing international workforce.
This is a pivotal role offering the opportunity to influence and build processes, to drive performance. As the Learning & Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Managing logistics and project plans for global training programs and events
- Coordinating the creation and maintenance of learning content and materials
- Supporting key talent development cycles, including goal setting and performance reviews
- Administering and optimizing the Learning Management System (Workday Learning)
- Tracking and reporting on learning engagement, attendance, and feedback
- Building relationships across teams and levels to support a learning culture
- Continuously improving processes and aligning learning initiatives with business needs
- Staying informed on industry trends and internal culture to enhance program relevance
To be successful in this role our client is looking for a:
- Learning and development or HR professional with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong demonstrable experience as a coordinator in a fast paced, busy setting, with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Confident communicator with high emotional intelligence and stakeholder management ability
- Team player who can work independently and adapt in a fast-paced, fluid environment
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Workday or similar LMS preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
